Due to the reduced value of the rendering product, the region is experiencing an increase to the cost of rendering disposal. Effective 9/15/2024 beef rendering will be $65/animal and pigs and sheep will be $35/animal. This is unfortunate and not what any of us want to be seeing or experiencing in the industry.
